Who uses the Connector?

State LIHEAP Administrators, Local LIHEAP Agencies, State Community Solar Administrators and Community Solar Subscription Managers use the Energy Connector.

Process of applying for LIHEAP and optional enrollment in a community solar program for eligible households. Households do not use the connector directly, instead State and Local LIHEAP, & Subscription Managers complete enrollment through the Connector

Qualified households DO NOT use the Energy Connector directly. Households will opt in to community solar and consent to having their information shared with a community solar subscription manager via the Connector through their local LIHEAP agency.

The Connector WILL NOT complete community solar enrollment on behalf of eligible households. This occurs offline between households and a Community Solar Subscription Manager.
