Community Solar Subscription Manager Responsibilities
Community Solar Subscription Managers (Subscription Managers) submit community solar projects to the Energy Connector. Submitted projects are reviewed by State Community Solar Administrators before Subscription Managers can contact available leads (income-verified households) and add them to approved projects.
Leads that have been uploaded by LIHEAP administrators will be available for enrollment by Subscription Managers. Subscription Managers must then connect with leads to complete enrollment in a community solar project. Subscription Managers are required to maintain accurate records about leads and enrollment for statistical purposes. If a lead denies enrollment, drops out of their subscription, or is unresponsive, Subscription Managers will receive additional available leads from the waitlist according to the number purchased.
Subscription Managers agree to robust consumer protections and are responsible for proper business practices.
