Creating an account as a Local LIHEAP Agency
Local LIHEAP Agencies will receive an invitation email to create an account on the Connector. It is usually the responsibility of the State LIHEAP Administrator to invite a Local LIHEAP Agency. The invitation email will contain a temporary password to use for the first log in and Local LIHEAP Agency members will be prompted to set a new password during the account set up process.


Local LIHEAP Agency members will follow the onscreen prompts to complete the onboarding process. During this process there will be an opportunity to invite additional organization members. Additional members can also be invited later from the Lical LIHEAP Agency management tab on the dashboard.
Once account set up is complete, Local LIHEAP Agency members will be able to manage eligible households they work with.
