How do I make an account?

State Community Solar Administrators and State LIHEAP Administrators:

After joining the Energy Connector (Connector), your agency will be invited to create an account by the Connector team. Team members with accounts can then invite additional state-level users to join the Connector.


Local LIHEAP Agencies:

State LIHEAP Administrators are responsible for inviting you to create an account for the Connector. Team members with account can also invite additional local agency users to join the Connector.


Community Solar Subscription Managers:

You will request an account [here] and agree to state consumer protections. The State Community Solar Administrator is responsible for approving your account.
